This Privacy Policy explains what information NexoSites collects when you use our website and client portal, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

When you create a client account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your business name and phone number. When you submit a quote request, we collect the project details you enter (type, size, features, notes). When you message us through the portal, we store that conversation.

We don't process or store payment information — payments happen directly between you and us outside the platform (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.), and no card or banking details pass through our systems.

We use the information you provide to create and manage your account, respond to quote requests, communicate with you about your project, and provide ongoing support. We don't sell your information to anyone.

Account, quote, and message data is stored with Supabase, our backend provider. Access to your own data is restricted to you and NexoSites by database-level security rules — other customers can never see your account, quotes, or messages.

Our marketing pages use Google Tag Manager for basic site analytics, and some pages display ads through a third-party ad network. These services may set their own cookies or use similar technologies to understand site usage or serve ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The client portal (login, dashboard, messaging) does not use advertising.

We rely on Supabase (accounts, database, real-time messaging) and Cloudflare (hosting) to run the platform. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We keep your account, order, and message history for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide support and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see below.

You can access, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. If you'd like your account and all associated data removed, email us and we'll process the request promptly.

Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
